Founded in 2008, Gerben IP is a boutique trademark law firm.

We are currently looking to add a trademark attorney to our team to help support our mission and clients.  We are interested in candidates with 3-5+ years of experience in trademark matters. 

We will not consider resumes from any candidates that have not worked as a trademark associate for less than three years.

Position Duties:

Counseling clients on trademark clearance reports and related issues.
Managing and drafting trademark filings.
Assisting with management of client trademark portfolios.
Creating customized strategies for client trademark matters.
Drafting Office Action responses.
Drafting Letters of Protest.
Drafting demand letters and counseling clients on enforcement matters.
Negotiating and drafting agreements
Assisting with TTAB matters.

Salary will be based on experience.
